NIS2 Assessment

NIS2 Self-Assessment Tool

Welcome to the NIS2 Self-Assessment Tool ("NIS2 Tool"). It is designed to help you assess whether your business is likely to fall within the scope of Network and Information Systems Directive 2 (Directive (EU) 2022/2555) ("NIS2"). You will be asked a series of questions about your organisation's size and sector of operation.

The NIS2 Tool is intended as a preliminary risk assessment and is not a substitute for legal advice. If your business circumstances change, or you are unsure about any aspect of your responses, you should revisit the assessment or seek further advice. Certain exemptions or exceptions under NIS2 are complex and may require a detailed legal review. If you require further assistance, please contact AG for support.
